Chocolate Ice Cream


2 cups Mori-Nu® Silken Soy Purée
1 cup chocolate chips
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp coconut cream
Pinch of salt


Add Mori-Nu Silken Soy Purée to a blender or food processor and purée until smooth.

Melt chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave. If using a microwave, melt chocolate in 20 second intervals, stirring in between.

Add the melted chocolate and remaining ingredients to the soy purée mixture and blend until smooth and creamy.

Add mixture to a freezer-safe dish until firm or follow ice cream maker manufacturer’s instructions.
